Pet Friendly Activities – Los Angeles







Vacationers like to flock to Southern California all year round, and why not? The weather is always good! Guess what? You don’t have to leave your favorite pet behind. There are lots of pet friendly hotels (which I’ve listed) and pet boarding hotels (which I will list), but you don’t have to leave them there all day long, nor should you! There are many pet friendly activities in Los Angeles. Activities that are enjoyable for both you and your pet! Check them out!
Los Angeles Attractions
Hollywood Walk of Fame – A perfect place for you to take your dog for a walk. You’ll enjoy 2.4 miles and 2,500 celebrity stars on the famous Walk of Fame. There are shops and performers up and down Hollywood Blvd. Stop at a quaint cafe and sit on the patio with your dog. 6100-6900 Hollywood Blvd
The Grove LA – This ever popular Outdoor Shopping Center is very pet friendly. Enjoy shops, dining and outdoor entertainment with your pets. There’s a movie theater too, but you can’t bring your four-legged friend inside. 189 The Drive, LA 90036
Westfield Century City – Located on the west side of Los angeles, this magnificent outdoor shopping center is very welcoming to our furry friends. Wonderful sitting areas are provided for great people and dog watching! 10250 Santa Monica Blvd, 90067
Amoeba Music – The World’s Largest Independent Record Store is dog friendly! It’s a very large record store that takes up an entire block. So, there’s lots of real estate for you and your pooch to explore the record stands. If you’re a visiting tourist, you can get a discounted rate. Pershing Square – A great Downtown Los Angeles park that hosts many events, like outdoor concerts and ice skating during the holidays. Your dog is welcomed too, as long as their on-leash. There’s a beautiful water pool and fountain, which will make some nice selfies with your pets! 532 S. Olive Street, LA 90189
Angel City Brewery – While you’re in Downtown LA, stop by this popular local’s and tourist’s spot. A very cool brewery, located in a super hip industrial building. This brewery specializes in hand craft beer and displays great art from local artists. They’re also very pet friendly! They even sell dog collars, leashes and treats in their gift shop. 215 S. Griffith Park – LA’s largest park is an obvious choice for being pet friendly. Though, I just wanted to mention that Travel Town Museum, which is located inside of Griffith Park, allows dogs. They must be leashed at all times and they’re not allowed to ride on the train. The Old Zoo Picnic Area, also located inside of Griffith Park is a great spot for a picnic for your family and pets. Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica – Shopping and dining by the beach! A great outdoor shopping and entertainment center for you to bring along your pooch to. The weather is always cooler, so it’s much more comfortable for the animals. 1351 Third Street, Santa Monica 90401
