Firecracker 5k and 10k Run during Chinese New Years in Chinatown is a great tradition for my family.
Stopping in at The Taoist Temple in Chinatown and paying our respects. A peaceful place to be.
Golden Dragon parade first began in 1898 and gets bigger every year. Famous grand marshals like Bruce Lee in the 70’s, as well as, David Carradine, Hugh Hefner and Lindsay Wagner and other celebrities help bring the crowds. But the real stars are the bands, floats, dancers and so much more, as they parade down Broadway in Chinatown.
